We are experienced in completing HUD’s Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) market studies as well as complete appraisals. In addition, we have a strong background for completing HUD Rent Comparability Studies for Section 8 renewals, rent increase requests, and Mark-to-Market programs. We can also complete specialty appraisal issues associated with multi-family properties such as valuing low-income housing tax credits, and low interest rate favorable financing.
Single Family Residential
Our residential appraisal division can complete a variety of appraisal services ranging from a Limited Summary (Drive-by) Appraisal to a Complete Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) depending upon your needs. We continually study recent and pending legislation that regulates this industry, as well as industry trends. A survey of existing facilities and thorough research of proposed and/or facilities that are under construction ensure an accurate supply and demand study for the analysis.
The appraisal of recreational properties requires specialized expertise in analyzing “going concerns”. We have appraised golf courses, bowling centers, movie theaters, and other types of unique recreational properties. Each of these types of properties requires special analytical tools including the appropriate industry statistics, demographics analysis and access to a regional or national data base of sales information.
