Christopher joined DJ Howard & Associates, Inc. in April 2021. He recently completed the required course work and received his Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser License in June 2021. Currently, Christopher is working under certified general appraisers to gather sufficient experience and completing the necessary course work to become a State Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser as he accumulates the required experience hours. Christopher honed his research and data analysis skills by collecting the necessary information to prepare neighborhood descriptions, gathering comparable sales and rental information, and assisting in the general production of commercial and residential appraisal reports.
