Christina M. Grieve

Christina joined DJ Howard & Associates, Inc. in 2003 as a trainee, was promoted to Staff Appraiser in March of 2004, received her Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License in 2007, and is on the approved appraiser list for IDOT. Her appraisal assignments vary from single-family homes to complex subdivision appraisals and multi-tenant commercial properties. Among Christina’s areas of expertise are going-concern properties such as gasoline convenience stores and hotel properties. Christina completes approximately 100 appraisal assignments each year in the areas of mortgage loan underwriting appraisals, right-of-way/easement appraisals, and appraisals for legal and accounting purposes. She also has experience serving as an Expert Witness in real estate tax assessment hearings.
