Jordan joined DJ Howard & Associates, Inc. in September 2013 and has completed the initial training phase. She recently completed the required course work and received her Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser License in June 2021. Currently, Jordan is entering the next phase of her appraisal career where she will complete the necessary course work to become a State Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser as she accumulates the required experience hours. To date she has appraised a variety of property types, including:

Prior to her most recent promotion, Jordan honed her research and data analysis skills by collecting the necessary information to prepare neighborhood descriptions, gathering comparable sales and rental information, and assisting in the general production of commercial and residential appraisal reports.
