Nicky Lansford
Nicky joined DJ Howard & Associates, Inc. in April 2021. She recently completed the required course work and received her Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser License in April 2022. Currently, Nicky is working under certified general appraisers to gather sufficient experience and completing the necessary course work to become a State Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser as she accumulates the required experience hours. Nicky honed her research and data analysis skills by collecting the necessary information to prepare neighborhood descriptions, gathering comparable sales, rental information, and assisting in the general production of commercial and residential appraisal reports.
