Shannon Reinacher
Shannon joined DJ Howard & Associates, Inc. in September 2005, completed the initial training phase and was promoted to Staff Appraiser in October 2007, and completed the necessary requirements by the State of Illinois and received her State Certified General Appraiser License in February 2016. She has completed appraisal assignments of various property types including single- and multi-family residential properties as well as retail, industrial, and office properties. She has also developed an area of expertise in appraising movie theatres. Shannon completes approximately 90 appraisal assignments each year in the areas of mortgage loan underwriting appraisals and appraisals for legal and accounting purposes.
